Refund policy

At Ahad Beauty, each piece is carefully inspected and prepared before shipment. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, the following policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received

  • Include all original tags

  • Be returned in their original packaging

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • SALE items

  • Hijabs

  • Gift cards

Items purchased using a discount code are eligible for store credit only.


3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at ahadbeautyofficial@hotmail.com.

Once your request is approved, you will receive clear instructions on how and where to return your item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packaged


4. Sale & Discounted Items

All SALE items are final and cannot be returned.

Items purchased using a discount code will be refunded in the form of store credit only.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review the issue and assist you appropriately.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following the return process. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days

  • Additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to post the refund


8. Undelivered & International Returns

Refunds can only be issued for orders that are successfully returned to our facility.

If an order is not returned due to:

  • Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes

  • Customs clearance issues

  • Delivery refusal

a refund cannot be processed.

For international returns resulting from refusal or failure to pay duties and taxes, original shipping costs and any additional return fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
